Mr. Ding Desheng has over 30 years of experience in corporate management and has accumulated extensive managerial expertise. He possesses a keen insight into the direction of the market economy and holds an exceptionally profound understanding of the field of negative electrode materials for new-energy batteries. Under his leadership, the company’s R&D team has obtained seven intellectual property rights, including one invention patent currently under examination, six utility model patents, and fifteen software copyright registrations. His contributions have laid a solid foundation for the company’s expansion of production and operations as well as its ongoing R&D and innovation efforts!

Zhang Dianhao’s career began in 1982, when, after graduation, he joined the Institute of Metallurgical Thermal Energy Research, embarking on a path of deep immersion in his professional field. During his time at the institute, thanks to his solid professional foundation and relentless efforts, he steadily advanced through the ranks, holding positions such as section chief, engineer, and senior engineer—each step marking his growth and accumulation of experience in the technical domain.
In 1997, Zhang Dianhao experienced a pivotal turning point in his career when he was appointed as the leader of the research team for the “Mesophase Carbon Microspheres” project under the national 863 Science and Technology Program. This position not only represented high recognition of his professional expertise but also made him a key driver in China’s industrialization process of negative-electrode materials, marking the first step toward the commercialization of this field and laying an important foundation for the industry’s development.
Through years of dedicated work, Zhang Dianhao has accumulated extensive and profound experience in key processes such as granulation (especially modified granulation) and secondary processing. He focuses on addressing challenges related to low expansion, long cycle life, enhanced efficiency, as well as improvements in rate capability and safety performance. Relying on his superb technical expertise and relentless spirit of inquiry, he has achieved remarkable results.
Thanks to his outstanding contributions and profound expertise in his field, Zhang Dianhao enjoys an extremely high reputation within the industry and is a widely recognized technical expert.
